YES. THANK YOU CENTER STAGE!! GLUTEN FREE is hard to find on the road and I had the most epic fried catfish - SO GOOD I almost cried ! Old times country songs being performed by people - I literally even had Brussels sprouts and they were good GLUTEN FREE FRYERS! I have celiac disease and I ate everything on the plate with NO illness after - I'm in love, I can't think I'm so happy thank you thank you thank you
BTW I am leaving this review from INSIDE THE RESTAURANT (cue horror sounds)
Rebecca was a great server/waitress/whatever you call it - thanks so much
This ends my stream of consciousness review. Thank you -

We've now gone twice to Center Stage, we like to give places a second chance unless they're truly horrible.
First visit:
We went for dinner and found things very very plain and boring. The food is exactly the mediocre food you expect out of Branson tourist places. You've been to this restaurant before, mushy overcooked side vegetables, bought in bulk frozen chicken tenders, basic bagged salad. Enough said. Three
Second visit:
Ok let's get right to it. Why we'll never go back again. In this game its strike two and you're out.
We went for breakfast and, of course, you get the usual menu items. I got the kitchen sink hash. Peppers, onion, fried potatoes, cheese, ham, scrambled egg.
I asked Craig, our waiter, if instead of the scrambled egg I could get it over medium. He thought for a few seconds then told me that the egg was mixed in with the rest. I asked that they couldn't leave the egg out of the hash and add it to the top instead? He said no.
When I got my plate......ya, you know. The scrambled eggs were on the side. As politely as I could muster I asked Craig if I could have an over medium egg. I received it shortly after. He asked if everything was ok and, as politely as I could muster, I said it would have been a little better had I been able to get an over medium egg on my hash. It went over his head.
We received the bill but as politely as I could muster I didn't have it in me to complain about the extra charge on an egg. It was just $1.
We will not be going for a third visit even though we're local. Especially since we're local. There are too many other options.

Stopped in for supper with hubs on a Tuesday evening. Ordered fried shrimp dinner the corn meal breading needs to be changed to a batter or flour as it takes away from the shrimp and seems more suited for catfish. Size of shrimp is excellent; but a little over cooked for our taste. Ahi tuna steak was second order and tuna was seared well, the peppercorn sauce compliments the tuna greatly. The fried brussel sprouts were too fried, the burned sprout took away from the flavor of the brussel sprouts. Since it was our first time, we now know what to order and make a few special requests. Will be going back at hubs request for fried shrimp.

This place was absolutely terrific! My wife and daughter both have celiac (gluten allergy) and the staff was so knowledgeable about all of the options that are gluten sensitive and there a ton of them! My wife was able to have fried catfish and fries(dedicated GF fryer!). My daughter ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich and the staff spent 15-20 min trying to figure out for us about whether or not the GF bun had eggs b/c my daughter is also allergic to eggs. The bun was OK for her and she got to eat a philly cheesesteak for the first time in 2-3 yrs since being diagnosed. Two of the owners specifically came out to check on us and explain to us about all the gluten free items on the menu. Terrific service. Will be back for biscuits and gravy in the morning!

We enjoyed our lunch at center stage. We had great service, and really good live entertainment as we ate. We loved how keto and gluten free friendly they were. Its nice to find somewhere like this to help you stay on track.
